Something that's missing from the docs/website is a bit about why you might be interested in spoons, and what you'd use it for.

Just a bit of a summary of the core services, and how they might fit into your own self-hosting stuff. Then maybe something about how/when you might be interested in the "expanded" stuff - like Nextcloud etc.
